About
I'm Arslan Manzoor, a community pharmacist and the AI and digital implementation lead behind RxReady. I built it because I know both sides of the problem: what the counter actually needs, and what it takes to get AI to work reliably inside a real clinical workflow.
I've worked the counter through WWHAM triage, Pharmacy First consultations and the NHS pressure that comes with both. RxReady is built from that side of the job, not guessed at from outside it.
My other job is putting AI and automation into live workflows and making them hold up under real use, not just a demo. That's the discipline RxReady is built on.
Most pharmacy software is built by people who've never stood at the counter, or AI tools built by people who've never touched a PGD. RxReady exists because I do both.
RxReady stays true to that split: the pharmacist stays responsible for every clinical decision, and the technology's job is to take the admin off your plate so you can focus on the patient in front of you.
