Terms of use

The statement below defines what RxReady is built to do, and what stays the pharmacist's job.

Intended purpose

RxReady is an operations platform for pharmacy services and private clinics. It covers how patients find you, reach you, book with you, and how their visit is captured and recorded.

It captures, structures and routes information. It does not diagnose, triage, or recommend treatment.

Documentation drafted by RxReady is a starting point. It must be reviewed and approved by the responsible clinician before it is relied on or submitted.

Clinical decisions, and responsibility for the patient, remain with the registered healthcare professional.

What this covers today
  • Answering the phone, WhatsApp and text messages, and taking bookings for the services you offer.
  • Sending a patient a pre-consultation form and pulling their answers into the pharmacist's workspace before they arrive.
  • Working through the NHS Pharmacy First pathway for all seven conditions, including the PGD checks that apply.
  • Drafting the consultation note and PDF for otitis media, UTI, sinusitis, sore throat and infected insect bite, with impetigo and shingles next.
  • Bringing every call, message, booking and consultation into one queue for the pharmacy team.
Cookies

This site sets only the cookies it needs to function. That means a session cookie that keeps a pharmacy user signed in, and a small amount of local storage that remembers preferences such as your theme and whether you have seen this notice.

There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers on this site, so there is nothing to opt in or out of. If that changes we will ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Clearing your browser storage for this site removes all of them. Blocking the session cookie will sign you out of the pharmacy dashboard.
