The homepage now includes a calculator that works out what full Pharmacy First attainment is worth using your own consultation numbers, set against the NHS payment thresholds and scheme caps. The full walkthrough of how RxReady gets a pharmacy there has its own page now, at /pharmacy-first.

Sending a form from a ticket now opens a dropdown listing all eight forms, the seven Pharmacy First conditions plus emergency contraception, grouped by service. Before this fix, the button always sent the otitis media form whatever the ticket was actually about.

Accounts linked to several branches can now switch between them from Settings without signing out. You can also link yourself to a new pharmacy with a join code and a PIN, rather than waiting for us to set the access up.

Callers choosing general enquiries were sometimes cut off instead of getting an answer from the pharmacy's own opening hours and services. Fixed. Opening-hours answers now also account for bank holidays and other exceptions, not just the regular weekly hours.

Answering no once to a background question, no relevant conditions, no relevant medicines, no relevant allergies, now pre-fills and flags the roughly 130 detail questions that would otherwise follow one by one. Every Pharmacy First form can also carry up to three photos, which the pharmacist sees as thumbnails during the consultation. Otitis media now goes straight to a walk-in booking rather than offering a video link, since an earache needs a physical look in the ear.
